(August 18, 2023) The OOA is initiating a search for a dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as Executive Director of the OOA and affiliated entities. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director will advance and support the work of Ohio’s over 7,500 licensed DOs while promoting Ohio’s public health and advancing the distinctive philosophy and practice of osteopathic medicine.
The Executive Director coordinates the planning and formulation of association goals and objectives. Within this framework, the Executive Director plans, organizes, coordinates, controls, and directs all programs, projects, staff, and activities of the association, serving as the association’s primary contact with community and government agencies, related medical and heath entities, and constituents.
